During the Age of Exploration, Europeans traveled from the "Old World" (Europe) to the "New World" (North and South America) in order to find new trade routes, spread Christianity, and acquire new land. This exploration had both positive and negative consequences on both the Europeans and the Native Americans they encountered. Write an essay in which you describe the impact of European exploration and colonization on both Native Americans and/or the Europeans. In your essay, be sure to:
- Describe at least 2 positive effects of exploration.
- Describe at least 2 negative effects of exploration.
- Use specific details from the texts we’ve studied in class.
- Check your work for correct grammar and spelling.
